The following is a start at a map between Isaiah 45 and the book of Philippians. The key match is Knee box/tongue confess.
13 Isaiah 45:1-22
1Yahvah says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have upheld, to subdue nations before him: I will loose the loins of kings, to open the doors before him, and the gates will not be shut;
2I will go before you, and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of brass and cut apart the bars of iron;
3and I will give you the treasures that are hidden in darkness and the buried riches of the secret places that you may know that I, Yahvah, who call you by your name, am the God of Israel.
4For the sake of my servant Jacob, and Israel my elect, I have even called you by your name; I have surnamed you, though you have not known me.
5I am Yahvah, and there is no one else; there is no God besides me; I have girded you, though you have not known me.
6That they may know from the rising of the sun and from the west that there is no one besides me; I am Yahvah, and there is no one else.
7I form light and create darkness; I make peace and create hardship; I, Yahvah, do all these things.
8Drop down, skies, from above, and let the clouds pour down righteousness; let the land open and let salvation be multiplied and let righteousness spring up; I, Yahvah, have created these things.
9Woe to him who strives with his Maker. An earthen vessel that strives with him who made it from the land. Does the clay say to the potter, What are you making? Or I am not the work of your hands?
10Woe to him who says to his father, What are you begetting? Or to his mother, What have you conceived?
11Yahvah, the Holy One of Israel and his Maker, Yahvah of hosts is his name says: Ask me of things to come concerning my children; and concerning the work of my hands, command me.
12I have made the land and created man on it; I, even my hands, have stretched out the skies, and all their host I have commanded.
13I have stirred man up in righteousness, and I will make smooth all his ways; he will build my city and will send my exiles back, not for a price nor for a bribe says Yahvah of hosts.
14Yahvah says, The labor of Egypt and the merchants of Cush and of Sheba, men of stature, will come over to you and will be yours; they will come after you; in chains they will come over, and they will fall down before you, and will make supplication to you saying, Surely God is in you, and there is no other God.
15Truly you are a shelter, God, the God of Israel, and his Savior.
16They who walk in confusion and make idols are all ashamed and confounded together;
17but the salvation of Israel is by Yahvah, the Savior of the world; you will not be ashamed nor confounded forever and ever.
18For Yahvah who created the skies, he is the God who formed the land and made it; he has established it; he did not create it in vain, but that his creation might live in it, says: I am Yahvah; and there is no one else.
19I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the land; I did not say to the sons of Jacob, Seek me in vain; I, Yahvah, speak righteousness; I declare things that are right.
20Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, you who are delivered of the nations; they have no knowledge who carry a graven image of wood and pray to a god that cannot save.
21Tell and draw near and consult together; who has declared this from ancient time? Was it not I, Yahvah, from the beginning? And there is no other God besides me; a just God and Savior; there is no one besides me.
22Draw near to me and be saved, all the ends of the land; for I am Yahvah, and there is no one else.
13 Isaiah 45:23
23I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness and will not return, that to me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear.
45 Philippians 2:9-11
9therefore God has also highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name,
10that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of those in the skies, of those on land, and those under the land,
11and every tongue will confess that Jesus Messiah is Master, to the glory of God his Father.
13 Isaiah 45:24-25
24And they will say, In Yahvah is righteousness; even to him will mighty men come; and all who disgrace you will be ashamed.
25In Yahvah will all the sons of Israel be justified and will glory.
