60 Colossians

Light

13 Isaiah 60:1-3
60 1Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of Yahvah will rise on you.
2Look, darkness will cover the land, and thick darkness the nations; but Yahvah will shine on you, and his glory will be seen on you.
3And the Gentiles will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

60 Colossians 1:12-13
12so that you may joyfully give thanks to father god, who has enlightened us and made us worthy partakers of the inheritance of the saints,
13and has delivered us from the power of darkness and brought us to the kingdom of his beloved son,

Creature

13 Isaiah 60:4-8
4Lift up your eyes all around and see; they gather themselves all together, they come to you; your sons will come from far away, and your daughters will be nursed in cradles.
5Then you will see, and your face will brighten, and you will rejoice; and your heart will be at ease; because the riches of the sea will be turned to you, the strength of the Gentiles will come to you.
6A multitude of camels will cover you, the camels of Midian and Ephah; all those from Sheba will come; they will bring gold and frankincense, and will publish abroad the praises of Yahvah.
7All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered together to you, the rams of Nebaioth will minister to you; they will come up with acceptance on my altar, and I will glorify the house of my beauty.

8Who are these that fly like clouds and like the doves to their windows?

60 Colossians 1:19-23
19for it pleased god to complete all things in him;
20and, by his hand, to reconcile everything to himself; and through his blood, shed on the cross to make peace, both for those who live on land and for those who live in the skies.

41 21Even to you, who, in times past, were alienated and hostile in your minds because of your evil works, peace has now been given,
22through the sacrifice of his body and his death, so that he may raise you before him, holy and without disgrace and blameless,
23if you continue in your faith and your foundation is firm, and if you are not moved from the hope of the gospel which you have heard and which has been preached to every creature under the skies, and for which I, Paul, have become a minister.

Treasures

13 Isaiah 60:9
9For the islands will wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish as in former days, to bring your sons from far away, their silver and their gold with them, to the name of Yahvah your god, and the holy one of Israel, because he has glorified you.

60 Colossians 2:1-3
43 1I would that you knew how I struggled for your sakes and for the sake of those who are at Laodicea and for the rest who have not seen me personally,
2that their hearts may be comforted, and that they may be brought near by love, to all the riches of the full assurance of understanding of the knowledge of the mystery of father god and of anointing,
3in which are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Build

13 Isaiah 60:10-11
10And the sons of foreigners will build up your walls, and their kings will minister to you; for in my anger I struck you, but in my favor I have had mercy on you.
11Therefore your gates will be open continually; they will not be shut day nor night, that men may bring to you the armies of the Gentiles, and their kings led captive.

60 Colossians 2:6-7
6Just as you have therefore accepted Jesus, anointed master, so you must be led by him,
7rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith as you have been taught, abounding there with thanksgiving.

Spoil

13 Isaiah 60:12
12For the nation and the kingdom that will not serve you will perish; yes, those nations will be utterly destroyed by the sword.

60 Colossians 2:8
45 8Beware, lest any man mislead you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the teaching of men, after the principles of the world, and not after anointing.

?

13 Isaiah 60:13-14
13The glory of Lebanon will come to you, the fir tree, the pine, and the cypress together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.
14The sons of those who oppressed you will also come bowing down to you; and all those who provoked you will give homage at the soles of your feet; and they will call you, the City of Yahvah, the Zion of the holy one of Israel.

60 Colossians 3:1-2
48 1If you, then, are risen with an anointing, seek those things which are above, where an anointed sits on the right hand of god.
2Set your mind on things above, not on things of the land,

?

13 Isaiah 60:15-20
15Where you have been forsaken and hated so that no man passed through you, I will make you an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.
16You will also gain the wealth of the Gentiles, and will obtain the wealth of kings; and you will know that I, Yahvah, am your savior and your redeemer, the mighty one of Jacob.

17Instead of brass I will bring gold, and instead of iron I will bring silver, and instead of wood, brass, and instead of stones, iron; I will also make your officers peace and your rulers righteousness.
18Violence will not be heard in your land any longer, nor spoil and destruction inside your borders; and they will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise.

19The sun will not be your light by day; nor for brightness will the moon give light to you; for Yahvah will be to you an everlasting light, and your god and your glory;
20your sun will no longer go down; nor will your moon withdraw itself; for Yahvah will be to you an everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will be ended.

People

13 Isaiah 60:21-61:0
21All of your righteous people will inherit the land forever; the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, will be glorified.
22The smallest one will become 1,000s, and the least one a strong nation; I, Yahvah, will hurry it in its time.

60 Colossians 3:11
11where there is neither Jew nor Aramean, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Greek nor barbarian, slave nor freeman; but anointing is all and in all men.
