13 Isaiah 27:1 1In that day, Yahvah, with his hard and great and strong sword, will punish Leviathan, the piercing serpent, even Leviathan that crooked serpent; and he will slay the dragon that is in the sea.
27 Job 41:1 1Can you catch the Leviathan with a hook? Or draw him out with a cord in his mouth?
Peace
13 Isaiah 27:2-6 2In that day, sing to Israel of a vineyard of wine. 3I, Yahvah, do keep it; I will water it continually; I will visit it and keep it night and day. 4You have no hedge; who then set in you the briers and the thorns? I will blow at the vineyard from near and will burn it together. 5Or let Israel take hold of my strength, and I will make peace for him, peace I will give him.
6He will cause those who come of Jacob to take root; Israel will blossom and bud and fill the face of the world with fruit.
27 Job 42:1-6 1Then Job answered Yahvah, and said, 2I know that you can do all these things, and that no purpose can be hidden from you. 3Who am I, to think that I can give counsel without knowledge? Therefore you have declared to me that I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know. 4Hear me, I ask, and I will speak; I will ask you, and declare to me; 5I have heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you. 6Therefore I will keep silent, and repent in dust and ashes.
Altar
13 Isaiah 27:7-11 7Has Yahvah struck the oppressor as he struck those who struck him? Or is he slain according to the slaughter of those who are slain by him? 8In measure by which he has measured, you will judge him; in what he has devised, in fierce anger on a day of blasting heat. 9Therefore, by this the iniquity of Jacob will be forgiven; and with all this fruit his sin will be taken away; when he makes all the stones of the altar as chalk-stones that are broken in pieces; likewise, the images and idols will not stand up. 10For the strong city will be forlorn and deserted and forsaken and left desolate like a wilderness; there the calf will feed, and there he will lie down and consume its grass. 11When its boughs are withered, they will be broken off; the women come and set them on fire; for it is a people of no understanding; therefore he who made them will not have mercy on them, and he who formed them will show them no favor.
27 Job 42:7-9 7And it came to pass, after Yahvah had spoken these words to Job, Yahvah said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against you, and against your 2 friends; for you have not spoken in my presence what is right, as my servant Job has. 8Now take for yourselves 7 bulls and 7 rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job will pray for you; for I will accept him, lest I deal contemptuously with you, for you have not spoken in my presence the thing which is right, as my servant Job has done. 9So Eliphaz the Temanite, and Bildad the Shuhite, and Zophar the Naamathite went, and did what Yahvah told them; and Yahvah favored Job.
Gathering
13 Isaiah 27:12-28:0 12And it will come to pass in that day, that Yahvah will stir up the people from the channel of the river Euphrates to the river of Egypt, and you will be gathered to each other, sons of Israel. 13And it will come to pass in that day, the great trumpet will be blown, and those who were lost in the land of Egypt and those who were scattered in the land of Assyria will come in and worship Yahvah in the land of Yahvah, even on his holy mountain in Jerusalem.
27 Job 42:10-11 10And Yahvah restored to Job all that he had lost, when he prayed for his friends; Yahvah also gave Job twice as much as he had before. 11Then all his brothers and all his sisters and all those who had been of his acquaintance before came to him, and ate bread with him in his house; for they had been in distress over him, and they comforted him for all the hardships that Yahvah had brought on him; and each man also gave him 1 ewe, and each 1 gold earring.
