13 Isaiah 18:1-2 1Woe to the land of shadowing wings which is beyond the rivers of Cush; 2that sends ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of papyrus on the waters saying, Go, you swift messengers, to a nation who will be plundered and uprooted, to a nation whose strength was inside it before; to a people who will be dishonored and trampled down, whose land the rivers have ruined.
18 Esther 3:12-4:0 12Then the king's scribe was called on the 13th day of the 1st month, and there was written, according to all that Haman had commanded to the king's commanders, and to the governors that were over every province, and to the princes of every people of every province according to its writing, and to every people according to their language; in the name of King Xerxes it was written and sealed with the king's ring. 13And the letters were sent by couriers to all the king's provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in 1day, even on the 13th day of the 12th month, which is the monthAdar, and to take their wealth as prey. In the same day on the 13th day of the month of Adar they were written. 14The copy of the writing was given in every province, commanding all the people to be ready for that day. 15The couriers went out, being hurried by the king's command, and the decree was given in Susa the palace. And the king and Haman sat down to drink; but the city of Susa was in an uproar.

13 Isaiah 18:4-6 4For thus Yahvah said to me: I will rest, and I will look from my dwelling place as midday heat on the river and as a cloud of dew in the day of harvest. 5For before the harvest, when the bud has perished and the grape is ripening in the flower, he will both cut off the lean shoots with pruning hooks and take away and shake off the branches. 6They will be left together to the birds of the mountains and to the animals of the land; and the birds will gather on them, and all the wild animals of the land, will devour them.
