13 Isaiah 14:28-30 28In the year that King Ahaz died this burden came. 29Do not rejoice, whole Philistia, because the rod of him who struck you is broken; for out of the serpent's root will come out a viper, and its offspring will be a fiery flying serpent. 30And the firstborn of the poor will feed, and the needy will lie down in safety; and I will kill your root with famine, and your remnant I will slay.
