12 Ezekiel

Assembled From 4 Winds

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 11:11-12
11And it will come to pass in that day, that master will set his hand the 2nd time to recover the remnant of his people which are left from Assyria and from Egypt and from Pathros and from Cush and from Elam and from Seir and from Hamath and from the islands of the sea.
12And he will set up an ensign for the nations, and will assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the 4 corners of the land.

12 Ezekiel 37:7-14
7So I prophesied as he had commanded me; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and look a quake, and the bones came together, each bone to its joint.
8And as I watched, sinews and the flesh came on them and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them.
9And he said to me, Prophesy concerning the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Master Yahvah says, Come from the 4 winds, breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.
10So I prophesied as he had commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

11And he said to me, Son of man, all these bones are the bones of the sons of Israel, who said, Our bones are dried and our hope is lost; we are completely gone.
12Therefore prophesy and say to them, Master Yahvah says, Look, I will open your graves and bring you up out of them and bring you into the land of Israel.
13And you will know that I am Yahvah, when I have opened your graves and brought you up out of them,
14and I will put my spirit in you, and you will live, and I will place you in your own land; then you will know that I am Yahvah; I have spoken, and I will do it says Yahvah.

Judah & Ephraim 1

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 11:13
13The envy of Ephraim will also depart, and the adversaries of Judah will be destroyed; Ephraim will not envy Judah, and Judah will not oppress Ephraim.

12 Ezekiel 37:15-22
15The word of Yahvah came to me again saying,
16Son of man, take a stick and write on it, To Judah, and his companions, the sons of Israel; then take another stick and write on it, To Joseph, Ephraim, and his companions, all the house of Israel;
17and join them together into 1 stick; and they will become 1 stick in your hand.
18And if your people should say to you, Will you not show us what is the meaning of these sticks?
19Say to them, Master Yahvah says, Look, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them together with the stick of Judah, and make them 1 stick, and they will be 1 in my hand.
20And the sticks on which you write, hold them in your hand before their eyes;
21and say to them, Master Yahvah says, Look, I will take the sons of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and will gather them together and bring them into their own land;
22and I will make them 1 nation in the land on the mountains of Israel; and 1 king will be king over them all; and they will not be 2 nations, nor will they be divided into 2 kingdoms any longer.

?

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 11:14
14But they will fly on the shoulder of the Philistines on the sea; they will plunder them of the east together; they will stretch out their hands against Edom and Moab; and the sons of Ammon will obey them.

River Crossing

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 11:15-12:0
15And Yahvah will utterly dry up the sea of Egypt; and with his mighty wind he will stretch his hand over the river, and will strike it into 7 streams, so that men may cross through it dryshod.
16And there will be a highway for the remnant of his people which will be left from Assyria; as it was in the day that Israel came up from the land of Egypt.

12 Ezekiel 47:1-5
1And he brought me again to the door of the house; and look, water issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward; and the water was flowing down from under the side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
2And he brought me out by the way of the north gate, and led me about the way outside to the gate of the court that looks eastward; and look, water was running out from under the right side of the house.

3And a glorious man that had the measuring line in his hand went forth; he measured 1,000 cubits and brought me through the water, and it was to the ankles.
4And he measured 1,000 cubits and brought me through the water, and it was up to the knees. And he measured 1,000 cubits and brought me through the water, and it was up to the loins.
5Afterward he measured 1,000 cubits; and it was a torrent that no man could cross; for the waters were risen so high and the stream had become so turbulent that no one could cross it.

Fresh Water Makes Alive

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 12:1-3
1And you will say in that day, Yahvah, I will praise you; though you were angry with me, your anger is turned away, and you have comforted me.
2Look, in god my savior I will trust, and will not be afraid; for Yahvah is my strength and my song; and he has become my salvation.

3Therefore with joy you will draw water out of the spring of salvation.

12 Ezekiel 47:6-12
6And he said to me, Son of man, do you see this stream? Then he brought me and made me sit by the bank of the torrent.
7Now when I was seated, I saw that at the bank of the stream were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
8And he said to me, These waters that are issuing out toward the east region and flowing down toward the north, will go into the sea and mingle with the stagnant water, and make it fresh.
9And it will come to pass that every living creature that swarms wherever the torrent will flow will live; and there will be many fish because of the waters that flow there and make the water fresh.
10And it will come to pass, that fishermen will stand beside it from En Gedi to En Eglaim; it will be a place to spread forth nets; and there will be very many kinds of fish in it, as the fish of the great sea, exceedingly many.
11But the water in its springs and mouths will not be fresh, but it will become salt.
12And by the stream, on its banks, on this side and on that side, will grow all kinds of trees for food, their leaves will not fall off, nor will their fruit fail; but in the beginning of every month they will bring forth new fruit, because the water with which they are irrigated flows from the sanctuary; and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing.

Living Among Gentiles

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 12:4
4And you will say in that day, Praise Yahvah, call on his name, declare his actions among the Gentiles, make mention that his name is exalted.

12 Ezekiel 47:21-48:0
21So you will divide this land among you according to the tribes of Israel.
22And it will come to pass that when you divide it as an inheritance to you and to proselytes from among the aliens who live with you, who will beget sons among you; they will be to you like the sons of Israel; they will have an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
23And whatever tribe which has the aliens who are proselytes, there you will give him his inheritance says Master Yahvah.

Yahvah's Portion in the Middle of the Tribes

Isaiah Ezekiel

13 Isaiah 12:5-13:0
5Sing to Yahvah; for he has done excellent things; this is known in all the land.
6Rejoice and give praise, inhabitant of Zion; for great is he that is in your middle, the holy one of Israel.

12 Ezekiel 48:8-9
8And by the border of Judah, from the east side to the west side, will be the portion which you will set apart, 25,000 cubits in width, and in length the same as 1 of the other portions, from the east side to the west side; and the sanctuary will be in the middle of it.
9And the portion of the land which you will set apart for Yahvah will be 25,000 cubits in length and 10,000 in breadth.
