17Yahvah your God in the middle of you is a mighty Savior; he will make you to rejoice with gladness; he will renew you with his love, he will make you joyful with a praise as in the day of a feast.
26 Psalms 1:1
1Blessed is the man who does not walk in the way of the ungodly, nor stays in the counsel of sinners, nor sits in the company of mockers;
*This connection is based on the knowledge that "Psalms" means "songs." The songs that Yahvah is "singing" at the end of Zephaniah are the Psalms. The first verse of Psalms is quoted above as a stand in for the whole book.
